1. Order your design on the website

Do you spot a mug, a tote bag, or another item that makes your heart beat faster? You add it to your cart... and boom, the adventure begins!

2. Madame Machine contacts you (yay!) and sends you a form to learn more

Once your order is received, we'll get back to you with a short form. You can share your desires:

• preferred styles,
• favorite colors,
• a sweet note or a funny message,
• visual inspirations,
• photos, logos, quirky ideas…

In short, everything that helps us create your perfect creation.

3. Madame Machine works on your creations according to your requests

Here, we pull out the graphic tablets, notebooks, software... and all our creativity! We bring your ideas to life with care, passion, and a touch of enthusiasm.

4. We send you design proposals

It's time for the eagerly awaited moment: we send you several visuals so you can envision your creation. You'll discover what your creation can become... and often, it's love at first sight.

Regarding deadlines, it takes 48 to 72 hours (for the magic to happen!)

5. Touch-ups or validation, then... packaging & shipping!

Need a small touch-up? A color change? A text adjustment? No problem, we'll fine-tune it until it's perfect.

Once validated: boom, your creation goes off to live its life! We carefully package it and send it via your chosen carrier.
